Terms & Conditions of Booking

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Booking govern all reservations of aesthetic and wellness treatments made on the website of Ô Zen esthétique et bien-être or directly at our salon.

1. Treatments & Rates

The main characteristics of our treatments (duration, description, benefits) and their respective rates are presented in detail on our service pages. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

2. Booking & Deposit

Appointments can be booked online through our dedicated platform. In order to confirm and reserve your treatment time slot, a deposit or payment card authorization may be requested. Online payments are securely processed by our payment provider Stripe.

3. Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice Required)

To ensure smooth operations at our salon and allow us to offer freed slots to other clients, any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least **24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment**.

Consequences of late cancellations:
- If the cancellation or rescheduling request is made **more than 24 hours before** the appointment, the booking can be modified or cancelled free of charge.
- If the cancellation or rescheduling request occurs **less than 24 hours before** the appointment, or in case of a no-show, any deposit paid will be **permanently retained** by the salon as a fixed compensation fee and no refund will be issued.

4. Late Arrivals Policy (15-Minute Limit)

Punctuality is essential to maintain our schedule and ensure top-quality service for all clients. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.

In the event of a late arrival:
- **Up to 15 minutes late:** The treatment may still be performed, but its duration may be shortened accordingly so as not to delay subsequent clients. The full price of the originally booked service remains payable in full.
- **More than 15 minutes late:** The appointment will be considered **automatically cancelled** by the client. The treatment cannot be provided, the time slot will be released, and any deposit will be **permanently forfeited**.

5. Balance Payment

The remaining balance of your service is payable on site at the salon upon completion of your treatment, using any accepted payment method (cash, debit/credit cards, Bancontact, etc.).

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure or personal wellness activities to be provided on a specific date or period. Consequently, booked aesthetic treatments do not benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period.
