Terms & Conditions of Sale and Booking

The main characteristics of each treatment (duration, protocols, expected outcomes) and current rates are detailed on our service pages. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Reservations can be placed online 24/7 through our platform. In order to confirm and reserve your private cabin session, a deposit or bank card hold may be requested via our secure payment provider Stripe.

To preserve smooth salon scheduling and allow freed slots to be offered to guests on our waiting list, any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Terms:
— Notice given over 24 hours in advance: The appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled without fee.
— Notice given under 24 hours or no-show: Any deposit paid will be retained by the salon as fixed compensation for the reserved suite and no refund will be granted.

Punctuality is crucial to maintain our daily schedule and ensure top-quality care for all guests. We advise arriving approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

— Up to 15 minutes late: The treatment will be performed, but its duration may be shortened accordingly so as not to delay subsequent appointments. The full rate remains payable.
— More than 15 minutes late: The appointment will be considered cancelled by the client. The session cannot proceed and the deposit is forfeited.

The remaining balance of your service is payable on site at the salon upon completion of your appointment, using any accepted payment method (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, cash, or contactless mobile payment).

Under the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for personal leisure or wellness services scheduled for a specific date and time. Consequently, booked treatment appointments do not benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period.
